Windows Mail

1. Open Windows Mail

Proceed to step 5 if this is the first time setting up Windows Mail.

2. Click the settings gear in the lower left hand side

3. Click “Manage accounts”

4. Click “Add account”

5. Choose the “Exchange, Office 365” option

6. Enter your Office 365 email

7. Click “Next”

8. Enter your password

9. Click “Sign in”

10. Follow additional prompts for multi-factor authentication.

11. Click “Yes” if you would like your Office 365 linked to your PC

12. Click “This app only” if you only want to receive Office 365 email
