During the COVID-19 pandemic, all Help Desk Support Technicians are self-quarantined at home in accordance with Metro Nashville’s “Safer at Home” order. During this time we ask that in as much as possible email helpdesk@nscc.edu. Technicians are still on duty and have the ability to remote to your home computer if necessary; therefore, when you email please include your phone number. Voicemail will be checked periodically thought the day. If you call please leave a brief description of the issue you are experiencing your “A” number and a contact phone number.
