Public folders are only accessible by using Outlook.
1. Open Outlook that has been configured with your NSCC email
2. Click on the three dots at the bottom of the folder pane
3. Choose Folders from the list
4. The view in the folder pane will change
5. Expand the Public Folders heading that has your email address in the name
Note: Public folders may appear for shared mailboxes. It is recommended to use the public folders under your email address for proper access permissions.
