FAQs for Non-NSCC Employees

The department that has sponsored your account should have received your username.  The Help Desk is able to lookup your username, if needed.

The department that has sponsored your account should have received instructions on obtaining your initial password.  Please contact your department sponsor for your initial password.  Upon logging in, you will be prompted to set your own password.

The campus computer or email system will prompt you to change your password when it expires.  If you need to change your password before it expires, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE on a campus computer while logged in, and choose Change Password.  You can also change your password by logging into Employee Email and following these steps:

Click the gear symbol in the upper right corner

Expand the "General" section on the left hand side

Click on "My account"

Click "Change your password" above Mailbox usage

Contact Beth Rogers at 615-353-3378 to have your password reset.  The Help Desk is unable to manage Non-NSCC accounts.
