Office 365 - Student Email

Student email is provided and hosted through Microsoft’s Office 365 cloud service.  In addition to email, Microsoft provides students with 1TB of OneDrive cloud file storage.  The current institutional agreement allows students to install Microsoft Office ProPlus on up to two computers at a time.  

Your email password is kept in sync with your myNSCC password.  Click here for the steps to change your password.

You will need to contact the Help Desk so that a request can be submitted to the email administrator to reset your multi-factor settings.  We strongly suggest you setup at least two verification methods so that you do not lose access to your account.

Student email addresses are automatically generated and cannot be customized.  However, if you have a name change or correction, a new email address can be generated to reflect those changes.  Contact the Help Desk to request your email address be regenerated.

Student email accounts are setup to deactivate 1 year after your last date of attendance.  Please make sure to save any information from your account as soon as you stop attending Nashville State.
