How Do I Recover My Password?
If you've forgotten your password, and need it reset, follow the steps below to get it reset
Your password for any of NSCC's online systems, and the local campus computers are now synchronized. The password is primarily stored in the myNSCC database and this password is copied over to the other systems on an hourly basis.
If you've forgotten your myNSCC password, and need it reset, simply click on the "Forgot Pin" link when logging into myNSCC. You will be asked a security question you setup when you initially logged into myNSCC. Simply answer the question and you'll be prompted to setup a new six-digit PIN for future use.
Once this step is completed, the new password will be synchronized to NS Online and the campus computers within 90 minutes.
